HOW TO USE
- Wash and dry feet
- Carefully tear or cut seams on each side of ankle tab to open
- Wrap pocket around heel. Remove sticker and fasten tabs securely around ankle
- Leave on for 20 minutes
- Remove and discard (one-time use only)
- Rinse well and pat dry
