  • We have recently updated to no appointments for our free bra fittings. Walk-ins are welcome 7 days a week and since we have passed our busy summer season, wait times are expected to be quite short!

    If you have a special request for your bra fitting, require any accommodations or specific timing - please call our store and we are more than happy to help you!

  • We are located at 20460 Fraser Highway, in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Our second location is located in The Heights of Burnaby at #103-3961 Hastings Street, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Full hours, location and contact details here.

  • One of our Bra Fit Specialists will introduce themselves and start by measuring you. They will ask you to take your shirt off and keep your current bra on. The initial measurements will be taken overtop of your current bra and they will bring you an initial style to ensure we are starting off with a good size.

    Once the bra fit specialist has a better idea of what size works for your measurements and shape, they will bring you further options to try based on your style and colour preferences.

    The Bra Fit Specialists are available to adjust straps, check the fit and help educate you through your fitting on how to best adjust bras and suggest styles that work best for you.

  • We carry a wide variety of bra sizes in A – N cups, and 28 – 50 band sizes. In lingerie, shape wear and sleepwear, we stock sizes small – 3X (select styles up to 5X). Check out our Shop by Size. page for bra sizes we currently have in stock.

  • We sell bras in US, UK and EU bra sizing, depending on where the brand is from! This can make things a little tricky, but we’re always happy to help! Some of our items are sold in letter sizing (Small, Medium, Large etc) and others are sold in numeric dress sizing (6, 8, 10 etc).

  • We have a huge stockroom full of sizes. We don't have enough room on the sales floor to display all the sizes and styles we carry. Just like a shoe store, if there is a specific style that you like, our staff can find it in the stockroom for you!

  • Forever Yours Lingerie makes every effort to ensure the product range we bring to our customers, offers both quality and affordability. So why should you treat a bra as an investment? Three words… quality, comfort, and fit. Like a good pair of shoes, a good bra is an investment. It should be both comfortable and supportive; after all, you are wearing it all day! The two main reasons that some products are more expensive, are:
    The materials used and construction of the garment, are of a high standard of quality.
    The garment has been manufactured using skilled craftsmanship, and has undergone rigorous quality control testing. These garments are designed in a developed country, and often many components, or the whole piece, is made in developed countries as well. Some luxury brands, such as Prima Donna, can require up to 50 pieces to make one bra!

  • If you are subscribed to our emails, you will receive your discount code via email. If you want to redeem your birthday discount online, use the code provided in the email (limit one per customer). If you prefer to shop in-store, you don’t need to bring your code. If you have a customer file with us, your birthday has already been recorded. Let the cashier know that it’s your birthday month and we’ll take $20 off your purchase of $100 or more before tax. Online Member Profile & Online Orders

  • At Forever Yours Lingerie online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa Debit and Sezzle, a pay-in-4 in-cart financing option.

  • With an online account, you can save your billing and shipping information, view past purchases, create a wishlist and access order information. Sign up for an online account here.

  • Unfortunately no - Existing in-store customer files are not automatically linked to an online profile. You will only be able to view and access your online purchases in your online profile. If you're looking for information on products you've purchased in-store, reach out to us via the live chat and we can look up that information for you.

  • We currently have two different types: Instore gift cards and online gift cards. Instore gift cards can only be used instore and online gift cards can only be used online. You can purchase both online.

  • Definitely! If you are subscribed to our emails, you will receive your discount code via email. If you want to redeem your birthday discount online, enter the code in the discount field on your checkout page. We do not require this code for in-store redemption.

  • Not necessarily. Sizes that have a strikethrough are sizes that are currently not in-stock. For bras, sometimes you have to select the cup size to view the bra sizes available. If your size is not listed, there's a chance that the vendor does not make it. Contact us at or using the LiveChat in the bottom left corner of your screen if you’d like us to look into sizing availability.

  • If the order has not left our store yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it at your request. Contact us at with your detailed request and we will let you know the options available for your specific situation.

  • If the item is part of our basic collection, we will most likely be restocking it. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our vendors have been struggling to fulfill our orders. It may be months before you receive a notification (or you may not receive one at all if there are production issues.) You are more than welcome to sign up for an email notification on the product pages as soon as the item returns back into stock. Please note that this does NOT reserve the item for you and there may be others receiving the same notification. When you receive the notification, it's best that you scoop it up before someone else does! (You can also order it online and pick it up in-store whenever you have time.)

  • All orders are shipped in plain boxes or our compostable mailer if possible. We finish the package off with a pink sticker with our FYL signature logo on it. If you’d prefer to have a completely discrete package, contact us or include a message in your order notes and we would be happy to accommodate your request.

  • We are now offering In-Store Pick-Up options at Langley and Burnaby. Please ensure that you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pick up and the location prior to visiting us. It may take up to 3 business days for your “pickup” order to be processed and ready for pickup.

    **Please note that due to website limitations, pick up is only available at the location where the items you've ordered are in stock. If your only order option is shipping, this means the order contains items from both locations, if you wish to pick up - please select the shipping option but include a note of what store you want to pick up at and we will adjust the order accordingly.

Fitting & Wash Care

  • All of the Bra Fit Specialists at Forever Yours Lingerie are put through an intense training process, which can take up to three months to complete. Once the training has been completed, the trainee will conduct fittings under the supervision of a manager, or a senior staff member, until she is ready to conduct them on her own. Even long after the training process, our staff periodically attend workshops and information sessions hosted by leading specialty bra manufacturers.

  • Great question! We have a collection of resources on our website under our Bra School Page. Here we'll show you how to measure yourself, adjust your bra like the professionals and more! There are even resources available on Breast Type, Bra Styles and Common Bra fit problems and how to fix them. Our products have information under the "Size & Fit" section that is helpful to read to understand the specifics of the bra. Contact us via Live-Chat in the bottom corner of your screen with any questions about fit and we will do our best to provide assistance!

  • Absolutely! A large part of the training process if obtaining experience with all shapes, sizes, breast types and requests. If at any point during your fitting you are feeling like your fit specialist is not on the same page, you're welcome to ask for another fit specialist. No hurt feelings here!

  • Our goal is to find you a bra that you're comfortable in. If you're not comfortable, reach out to us! Our Fit Specialists are magicians but they can't feel what you feel. If something isn't right, give us a call and ask for a supervisor and we'll see what we can do. Sometimes its an extender to give you more length in the band for the "break-in" period, just like a new pair of shoes. Sometimes it's just not the right fit. What ever the reason may be, we're here to help.

  • We've been in this business for 25 years and we've seen it all, including thousands of dollars in repair bills from wires escaping and ending up in the drum of the machine. Even on the gentle cycle, the bra is tossed around with other items and once they get wet, it puts strain on the wires in ways that they are not meant to bend. This forces the wire out of the casing and pops out. Soaking is hands down the best way to make your investment last longer. You'll thank us later.

  • It comes down to personal preference. All of our wash products are created to cleanse the fabric, remove any dirt, oils and sweat whether you scrub it or not. Some people prefer to give it a good ol' scrub, where as other people just down-right hate handwashing! Soak, Eucalan and Forever New are all exceptional products that we all love for different reasons. Choose whichever you're more likely to use to prolong the life of your bra.
