Your online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and Sezzle (Pay-in-4 option now available in the cart).

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as they are received, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays.

Standard processing time may take up to 3 business days to be processed and picked up by Canada Post (5 business days during sales and peak times). While we are doing our very best to process items as quickly as possible, we are working with new workplace protocols and appreciate your patience and consideration. If you require your package to be processed sooner, please contact us at orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca.

While we try to accommodate requests to change or edit orders, there's no guarantee that we'll be able to once an order has been placed.

We cannot apply coupon codes retroactively to orders.

Please note that USA and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes (VAT), as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the documentation required by international and US customs, in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for products made in North America. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.

IN-STORE PICKUP OPTION

We are now offering both In Store and Curbside Pick-Up options.

Please ensure that you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready prior to visiting us.

If you selected “Curbside/In-Store Pickup” as your shipping option during checkout, no shipping charge will be added to your total and your order will not be shipped. It may take up to 3 business days for your “pickup” order to be processed and ready for pickup.

For In Store Pick-Up:

When you arrive at the store, notify an FYL associate that you would like to pick up your online order. If the store has exceeded our 15 people maximum, you may be asked to wait outside while we grab it for you.

For Contactless Curbside Pick-Up:

Please carefully read the following instructions to ensure the safety of our staff, yourself and other customers that may be waiting.

Now that we have reopened, our No Contact Curbside Pickup is available during business hours, found in the footer of the website.

  1. When you are parked in front of our store, please call 604-532-1933 with your last name, order number and state that you would prefer contactless order pick up.
  2. Please wait in your vehicle or in front of the pick-up sign on the sidewalk.
    (If someone is already waiting there, please wait in your vehicle until the person in front of you is gone).
  3. One of our staff will bring your order out and leave it on the pick-up table outside or hand it directly to you. Please stay in your vehicle or by the Pick-up sign while our staff member is outside.
  4. If you have opted for contactless pick up, please grab your package once our staff member has gone back inside.

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process, and the date the order is processed. Orders are processed within 3 days during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays.

Forever Yours Lingerie will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. Forever Yours Lingerie is not held liable for any circumstances delaying shipping beyond our control. i.e. Weather delays, Canada Post missorts, Canada Post errors.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Orders to be Shipped
After your online order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number for your package. You can either click the link in this email, view your order on the ShopApp or through Canada Posts website here to monitor the progress of your order here. Please note that we do not safedrop packages unless otherwise requested.

Orders to be Picked Up In-Store
After your online order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up in-store.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS (INVENTORY ERRORS)

While we do our best to ensure online inventory levels are accurate, there is always the possibility of data errors. Our online inventory is reflective of our in-store inventory so naturally, popular items may be sold in-store before the automatic, website inventory sync process occurs. In the event that an item you have ordered online is not actually in-stock, you will be notified within 3 business days, and will either be refunded for the item or provided with a similar alternative. SALES, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Our online merchandise is priced the same as the merchandise in our store, with the exception of exclusive in-store or online promotions. Occasionally, Forever Yours Lingerie may offer a time-limited promotion that is applicable only to in-store sales OR online sales. In such case, the pricing between the store and the online store may vary. Purchases made either online or in-store during such promotions, will not be offered price adjustments after the point of sale.

We do not issue price-adjustments on previously purchased merchandise, online or in-store.

We are unable to add coupon codes to orders after an order has been placed.

SALES TAX

CANADA
The GST/HST/RST/QST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.

USA & INTERNATIONAL
There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Forever Yours Lingerie. Sales tax may be added by US/international customs, or by your chosen carrier. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Forever Yours Lingerie cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

Attention Customers: With the launch of the NEW Forever Yours Lingerie website, our returns process has changed! For orders placed after February 2nd 2021, online order returns & exchanges will now be processed through our Return Portal. Orders placed prior to February 2nd, 2021 will need a return authorization provided by orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION

Forever Yours Lingerie guarantees your satisfaction with our merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise that is eligible for return, within 45 days of your order being processed (or 14 days when purchased in-store ). The date of original purchase is clearly marked on your receipt.

RETURN PROCEDURES - In-store purchases

• To return/exchange something in-store that was purchased in-store, please review our return policy above and visit the store within 14 days of your original purchase. You do not need to contact us prior to bringing it back, and you do not require a return authorization.
• To return something purchased in-store but are unable to return it in-store, please contact Customer Care to coordinate shipping your return items back to us.

RETURN PROCEDURES - In-store purchases

• To return/exchange something in-store that was purchased in-store, please review our return policy above and visit the store within 14 days of your original purchase. You do not need to contact us prior to bringing it back, and you do not require a return authorization.
• To return something purchased in-store but are unable to return it in-store, please contact our Web Team to coordinate shipping your return items back to us.

RETURN POLICY - Online Purchases

  1. We offer 45 day exchanges & returns on products purchased online (30 days when purchased in-store). The item must be new with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odour, perfumes, food and smoke.
  2. To reduce waste, please return your items in the same package you received them in or smaller when possible. Moulded bras or products with formed cups must be shipped in a box with adequate room and not an envelope to prevent damage.
  3. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase
  4. Due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons the following products are a FINAL SALE: Face masks, panties, men's underwear, one-piece swimwear, swim bottoms, shapewear, accessories, products with an adhesive base (nipple covers, breast tape etc.), lingerie or items that come with an attached panty. Waist cinchers and corsets are also FINAL SALE.
  5. Clearance items are a final sale. This includes items ending in .00 or items that are reduced by more than 50% off the original price.
  6. We do not offer price adjustments. We also cannot add discount codes (including birthday discounts) to orders after they have been placed.
  7. In-store and online gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURES - ONLINE PURCHASES

- MAIL -

To mail back an online return placed ON or AFTER February 2nd, 2021, please proceed through the Return Portal for a return authorization number.

• Proceed through the portal and select the items you wish to return. If you are unable to select an item, please review our Returns Policy above. If you experience any difficulties, please contact orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca

• You will be sent a prepaid shipping label that you will adhere to the outside of your return package. Please drop your package off at any Canada Post retailer or Canada Post mailbox.
• You will be provided with updates via email on the status and tracking of your order and notified when it arrives at the store.
• We will process your return within 3 business days
. At this time, we will deduct the cost of the prepaid shipping label from your refund. We will then return the remaining amount to your original method of payment. Please note this refund may take up to 10 days to reflect on your account.


To mail back an online return placed on PRIOR to February 2nd, 2021 please contact us at orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca and we will provide you with a return authorization number. ** Mailed returns for purchases prior to February 2nd will need to be returned via Canada Post at the customer’s expense. Exchanges will always be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

- DROP OFF -

• To drop off an online return placed ON or AFTER February 2nd, 2021, please proceed through the Return Portal for a return authorization number and select the items you wish to return. If you are unable to select an item, please review our returns policy above. If you experience any difficulties, please contact orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca directly.

• Please then drop off your package at our Langley location with your name, order number and return authorization at your earliest convenience within 45 days of your original purchase. You will not be provided with a shipping label if you are dropping off your return in-store, but we DO require a return authorization number.

• Our web department will process your return through the webstore within 3 days of receiving it. Online orders are processed through a system that is separate from our retail store. Web orders cannot be processed in store upon drop off. There is no fee for returning items in-store.


To drop off an online return placed on PRIOR to February 2nd, 2021, please email orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca for a web return authorization number.

EXCHANGES

When prompted in the return portal, please include colour, size and a website link of the product you’d like to exchange your item(s) for.

If your requested items are in stock, they will be sent out within 3 business days days of processing your return and a new tracking number will be emailed to you once your package reaches the mail stream. Exchanges will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and items will be shipped back to you at no additional cost. You will receive email updates from us to notify you on the progress of your exchange.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR RETURN

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase.

Credit Card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

PAYPAL REFUNDS

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase.

If you paid via PayPal and are returning online merchandise in-store, a sales associate will bring your order to our Web Department for processing. Your PayPal account will be refunded within 5 business days.
