Please be advised that Canada Post is experiencing delays due to the impact of COVID-19.

We are unable to ship certain products outside of Canada - primarily including electronics, liquid/powder wash products, lube and edible items. There are disclaimers on these products under the description and if they are included on an international order and unable to be shipped, we will have to remove the item from the order and issue a refund accordingly.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed by Forever Yours Lingerie as they are received during our regular business hours. All orders that require shipping will be sent out from our Langley location. In-store pick up is available at both locations upon selection in the checkout.

Standard processing time may take up to 3 business days to be processed and picked up by Canada Post (5 business days during sales and peak times).

While we try to accommodate requests to change or edit orders, there's no guarantee that we'll be able to once an order has been placed. Please note that we cannot apply coupon codes retroactively to orders.

(Please note that USA and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes (VAT), as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the documentation required by international and US customs, in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for products made in North America. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.)

IN-STORE PICKUP OPTION

We offer In-Store Pick-Up options at both our Langley and Burnaby locations. Please ensure that you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pick up and the location prior to visiting us.


**Please note that due to website limitations, pick up is only available at the location where the items you've ordered are in stock. If the only option on your order is ship out but you prefer to pick up at one of our stores, add a note to your order indicating what location you would like to pick up at and we will do our best to accommodate and contact you for pickup when ready.

For In Store Pick-Up:

When you arrive at the store, notify an FYL associate that you would like to pick up your online order. They will ask to verify your photo identification or have you provide order details including order number and name for the order.

Forever Yours Lingerie will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. Forever Yours Lingerie is not held liable for any circumstances delaying shipping beyond our control. i.e. Weather delays, Canada Post missorts and Canada Post errors.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Orders to be Shipped
After your online order has been picked, processed and prepared for Canada Post, you will receive a notification from us with a tracking number for your package. You can either click the link provided in the email/SMS, view your order on the ShopApp or visit the Canada Post website to monitor the progress of your order. Please note that we DO NOT Safe-Drop packages unless otherwise requested. All orders to be shipped will be sent out of our Langley, B.C. location.

Orders to be Picked Up In-Store
After your online order has been processed, you will receive a notification indicating that your order is ready to be picked up in-store. Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up your order.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS (INVENTORY ERRORS)

While we do our best to ensure online inventory levels are accurate, there is always the possibility of data errors. Our online inventory is reflective of our in-store inventory so naturally, popular items may be sold in-store before the website is able to update the inventory.

In the event that an item you have ordered online has been sold or not found, you will be notified within 3 business days and will be refunded for the item. If you would like to substitute it for another item, place a new order and mention the original order in the Order Notes. Returns

RETURN POLICY

We offer refunds on returnable products purchased within 14 days in-store and 45 days online. Products must be in new condition with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odour, perfumes, food and smoke.

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, the following products are a FINAL SALE: 

  • Accessories - This includes face masks, products with an adhesive base (nipple covers, breast tape etc.) and products in sealed packages or containers.
  • All Panties and men's underwear.
  • Swimwear with a gusset (including one-piece swimwear, swim bottoms) and shapewear.
  • Lingerie with a gusset (crotch), waist cinchers, corsets and items that come with an attached panty.
  • Clearance Items - This includes items ending in .00 or items that are reduced by 50% or more off the original price.
  • In-store and online gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift certificates will not be reimbursed.

Please note:

  • Bras and other items containing underwires will not be refunded if it has been washed in a washing machine.
  • Purchases made more than 60 days in-store and online will not qualify for return, exchange or store credit.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment except for store-credits.
  • Once a store credit (online gift card) has been issued, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • We do not offer price matches or adjustments, including discount codes (birthday discounts) to orders after they have been placed.

Return Portal

For online orders placed within the last 60 days, proceed through our Return Portal found below. Orders placed within 45 days containing eligible return items can be refunded, if your order is older than 45 days but within 60 days, an online giftcard will be issued. RETURN PROCEDURES

- INSTORE PURCHASES -

  • To return/exchange something that was purchased in-store, please review our return policy above and visit the store within 14 days of your original purchase. You do not need to contact us prior to bringing it back, and you do not require a return authorization.
  • To return something purchased in-store but are unable to return it in-store, please contact us at 1-855-432-1933 to coordinate shipping your return items back to us.

- ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN VIA MAIL -
Returns for online purchases are accepted within 45 days of purchase.

  • Proceed through the Return Portal and select the items you wish to return. If you are unable to select an item, please review our Returns Policy above. If you experience any difficulties, please contact orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca
  • You will be sent a prepaid shipping label (Canada) or select to ship with your own label (International or Canada). The cost of prepaid labels will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please adhere labels to the outside of your package and send it off at any Canada Post retailer or Canada Post mailbox promptly. If possible, send it back in the same package that you received it in to reduce waste ensuring previous labels are covered completely. Order number & return authorization must be protected by tape on the label or included in a note inside.
  • You will be provided with updates via email on the status and tracking of your order and notified when it arrives at the store.
  • We will process your return within 3 business days. At this time, we will deduct the cost of the prepaid shipping label from your refund. We will then return the remaining amount to your original method of payment. Please note this refund may take up to 10 days to reflect on your account.

- ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN VIA DROP OFF -
Returns for online purchases are accepted within 45 days of purchase.

  • Proceed through the Return Portal and select the items you wish to return. If you are unable to select an item, please review our Returns Policy above. If you experience any difficulties, please contact orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca
  • Please then drop off your package at our Langley or Burnaby location with your name, order number and return authorization at your earliest convenience within 45 days of your original purchase. You will not be provided with a shipping label if you are dropping off your return in-store, but we DO require a return authorization number given by the return portal.
  • Our web department will process your return through the webstore within 3 days of receiving it. Online orders are processed separately from our retail store. Web orders cannot be processed in store upon drop off.
  • There is no fee or deduction for returning items in-store.

Exchanges

Exchanges with Forever Yours Lingerie are simple: Initiate the return process through the return portal, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead and include your return authorization number (ex. RMA123456) in the order notes to receive a refund for shipping on your replacement order. Without the authorization number in the order notes, the shipping will not be refunded. The prepaid shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund as usual.

Please note that the free shipping exchange only applies one time per customer. Any subsequent purchases will be at the expense of the customer.


- INSTORE PURCHASES - EXCHANGES IN STORE -

  • To exchange something that was purchased in-store, please review our return policy above and visit the store within 14 days of your original purchase. You do not need to contact us prior to bringing it back, and you do not require a return authorization.
  • To exchange something purchased in-store but are unable to exchange it in-store, please contact us at 1-855-432-1933 to coordinate shipping your return items back to us.

- ONLINE PURCHASES - EXCHANGES VIA MAIL -

  • You will be sent a prepaid shipping label. Please adhere this to the outside of your return package and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post Office or mail box. The shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
  • In the meantime, place an order online for the item you would like to replace the item you're returning. In the order notes, you MUST include the return authorization number for your return package if it is your first exchange and eligible to have shipping refunded.
  • Upon reception of your return package, Forever Yours will process your refund within 3 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for this amount to reflect on your account.

- ONLINE PURCHASES - EXCHANGES VIA DROP OFF -

  • Proceed through the Return Portal and select the items you wish to return. If you are unable to select an item, please review our Returns Policy above. If you experience any difficulties, please contact orders@foreveryourslingerie.ca
  • If you drop off your return in store, we are able to process immediate exchanges in store for the same or greater dollar amount. If there is any money needing to be refunded back to you, it must be processed by our website department as a return, and your new item(s) can be purchased in store.
  • For items that require a refund back to the customer, our sales floor team will confirm reception through the return portal and you will receive a notification that your item has been received. The website team will process your return within 3 days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for this amount to reflect on your account.

Refunds

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Store Credits

Items purchased in store and returned outside of the 14 day return window are only eligible for a store credit within 60 days. This store credit is for in-store use only and does not expire.

Products that are purchased online and returned outside of the 45 day return window will be returned to FYL Website credit if returned within 60 days. This will be given in the form of a code that can be applied to your next online purchase. This credit can not be used instore and is not redeemable for cash. These store credits will be given or sent upon the reception of the returned items. We are unable to provide you with your store credit before receiving your return items.
