Forever Yours Lingerie is a modern and independent fine lingerie boutique with our flagship store in the heart of Langley, BC, with occasional travel to our second location in Burnaby, BC. We specialize in providing a high-service retail experience to our customers, with expert knowledge in bra fitting and bra education services to people of all sizes. We place a special emphasis on sourcing and stocking only the best quality bras, swimwear, lingerie, sleepwear, and hosiery in sizes SM - 4X. 

We have been in business for over 30 Years and we are constantly growing and always looking to expand our team of dedicated, fine lingerie enthusiasts. We are currently looking to fill a position for Sales Floor Customer Service, primarily at our Langley location, to fill a full time position. The current customer service position, is Full-Time (4 - 5 shifts per week), including weekends and holidays. This position with be reporting primarily to the Langley Location!

The Role: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greeting clients, answering their questions, and otherwise assisting them on the sales floor.
• Setting clients up with our Bra Fit Specialists.
  
• Operating our POS software and register to process transactions, returns and exchanges.
  
• Answering the telephone and checking customer messages.
• Accurately putting away merchandise in our stockroom and tidying the salesfloor.

Qualifications

• Customer service: 1 year (required).
• Reliable transportation to our Langley store (20460 Fraser Highway).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  
• Willingness to travel to our Burnaby location (#103- 3961 Hastings Street) for shifts as needed (preferred).
