2024 Fashion Show Recap

And just like that, it's a wrap on our 2024 Spring Fashion Show!  

What comes to mind when you hear the word fashion show? Maybe it's the high fashion runway looks? Maybe it's the eager crowd awaiting the show? But for us, it's different. Each and every year we are reminded the importance of body positivity and the appreciation of inclusivity within this industry. Inclusivity is ALWAYS the priority for us, and we pride ourselves in putting diversity on display. FYL is a safe space, where every and all should feel confident, powerful, and welcomed with open arms - and our fashion shows do just that.

We had such an amazing time coming together to show support for our neighbors, The Raphael House - Their mission is to connect and support families who are experiencing hardship, and provide a local center for families by initially providing everyday necessities in the way of food, personal care and baby products and eventually expanding into other areas. We knew that we wanted the beneficiary of our 2024 Spring Fashion show to be The Raphael House because of their tireless devotion to our community on the daily. With help from YOU, we were able raise $3,350 for The Raphael House to further support all the work they do for the community of Langley & beyond!

The night was complete with stunning, curated looks by Sonya herself, tons of amazing prizes donated from local businesses and vendors, and even a special performance by Canada's Drag Race star, All That Beth! Delicious refreshments on behalf of Cozy Bean, Farm Country Brewing, and Backyard Vineyards were enjoyed thru the night!

This year's collection was the embodiment of Spring bliss, featuring pops of pastels, and floral compliments. With brands like Kilo Brava, Panache, Elomi, PrimaDonna, and Empreinte making waves down the runway. There are SO many new & unique pieces this season and we are HERE for it! We want to extend the biggest thank you to all of our sponsors that helped this show come to life! It truly warms our heart to see the community come together and work towards giving back to a charity, like The Raphael House, that gives so much on the daily! Time and time again, our community shows up to support one another, and we are beyond appreciative of the love our community holds.
