We’re growing! And looking for a friendly, empathetic Bra Fit Specialist to help us change people's lives and uplift women.

The Role: Bra Fit Specialist

We're hiring for a FT/ PT (flex) Bra Fitters/Sales Associates, who’s hours will range from 20 - 35 hours per week. This is not your typical retail gig. It's hands-on, heartfelt, and requires just the right mix of empathy and expertise (don’t worry, we’ll train you).

You’ll be helping people of all ages and body types discover the perfect fit and fall in love with lingerie again. Trust us, there’s no better feeling than watching someone walk out standing a little taller and smiling a little bigger.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Guiding customers through the magical journey of bra fitting and lingerie shopping.
• Creating a safe, empowering, body-positive space for everyone who walks in
• Learning everything about our brands, styles, fabrics, and the technical art of fitting 
• Delivering exceptional customer service (and then some)
• Working a balances schedule including weekends and holidays with the rest of our superstar crew 

Qualifications:

• Warm, kind, empathetic vibes and a zero-judgement attitude 
• A curiosity to learn and the hustle to keep up in a busy store 
• Comfort helping folks in their most personal layers (yes, it’s intimate work) 
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
• The ability to stand, move, and groove through an 8-hour shift
• A team spirit with an independent streak 
• Ability to work at our Langley location if needed (20460 Fraser Highway) - MUST have a valid DL or be willing to travel on transit between Langley and Burnaby
• Bonus points for previous retail experience, but if you’ve got the right energy, we’ll teach you the rest
