Because there are so many breast changes that happen just before & after birth (through your whole pregnancy really) that you don't want to buy a nursing bra until about 2 weeks before your due date. In a week or two after delivery, once your milk comes in, you and your baby have settled into the start of a nursing routine & your breast size has somewhat stabilized is the best time to come in to be re-measured for a more structured & supportive nursing bra.
